Tanja Linton

Program Associate

Tanja Linton brings decades of public service experience and a deep curiosity about place and history to her role as Program Associate with Naco Heritage Alliance. A German-American and Air Force Brat, she was born in England and grew up between the United States and Germany, and considers both Berlin and southern Arizona home. 

Tanja spent more than 40 years with the U.S. Department of State and the Department of the Army, with assignments in Washington, D.C.; Bern, Switzerland; Wiesbaden, Germany; and Fort Huachuca, Arizona. After retiring from Civil Service in 2023, she joined NHA to continue serving through community-focused, place-based work.
